FYI: Our Website is not fully translated to english yet, we have in the meantime tried to make it as easy to navigate as possible for our english speaking friends. This tutorial should help you find your way around our website and enable you to understand how the studio and subscriptions work.

1. Create your URBAN SHAPE account
We use the Bsport planning management software, thanks to which you will be able to create your customer account at Urban Shape.
Your account will enable you to:

Handle your schedule (you book and unbook your classes yourself)

Use your class credits
-
Visualise your payments and visits
-
See in real time all the modifications/ cancelations/ other states of the schedule

Sign up for workshops
The first step to creating your account will be write down "urban shape" in the toolbar.
ATTENTION: As you sign up, you will have to tick the "conditions générales" box, without this we cannot allow you in the classes. (You can find a copy of thoses at the bottom of our website).
2. Sign up + TIP
For even more comfort you may upload the free app « URBAN SHAPE GENEVA» on your smartphone!
Or you can go directly to the Bsport website to create your account
1 - Create your identifiers (remember to put your phone number because we sometimes communicate urgent information by message).
2 - If you choose to go through the Bsport account: Remember to add Urban Shape - Geneva Pole Dance Studio to your favorite's list to always find us more easily.
4 - To sign up, click on the name of our studio, press "shedule" then "book" and choose your class.

3. Buying class credits
We now have 3 types of packages that we sell:

Unlimited (1,3,6 or 12 months)

Annual subscription in 12 monthly paiement
-
Per class card (3,5,10,20)
All of the payments are done directly by the application. Payments at the studio is possible only in cash or TWINT.
If you don't have any class credits (or have none left), please contact us to tell us to which class you wish to come next.
We will save you your space (as number of participants is limited) and you will be able to pay us when you come for your class.

4. Choose your classes
Thanks to your class credits you have access to any class on our schedule, and you may use your credits as you wish (as long as you respect the date limits). This does not include workhops or special occasions.
For the Pole Dance classes, make sure you go to a class that is your level, for that you may ask your instructors. If this is your first pole dance class, please book à "initiation à la pole dance" class.
Our schedule is constantly updated. And if a class would be cancelled, you would receive an e-mail 3hours before the class as well as see it on the scheule.
Besides the pole dance classes, all our other disciplines are "all level".

We mostly share our news thru our newsletter or on our instagram page. Again, most infos are mainly in french but our team speaks English so don't hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or propositions, we are open !
