Welcome to
Urban Shape
School of Pole Dance, Contorsion and Dance
Our website is not yet fully translated into English.
In the meantime, we’ve done our best to make it as easy as possible for our English-speaking friends to navigate.
This short guide will help you find your way around the website and better understand how our studio and memberships work.
1. Create your URBAN SHAPE account
We use a scheduling software that allows you to easily create your Urban Shape client account.
With your account, you can:
• Manage your schedule – book your classes directly.
• Use your class credits at your own pace.
• Check your payments and purchase history.
• Stay updated in real time on any changes, cancellations, or new classes.
• Register for workshops and special events.
You can create your account by:
• Downloading our mobile app, or
• Accessing our online schedule directly through our website.
⚠️ Important:
When registering, you must agree to our Terms and Conditions to validate your account and participate in classes.
(You can find the Terms and Conditions at the bottom of our website.)
2. How to Create Your Account and Book a Class
1️⃣ Go directly to our online schedule on the website or download the free app “Urban Shape Geneva” on your smartphone!
2️⃣ Create your login details — and don’t forget to add your phone number, as we sometimes share urgent updates by text message.
3️⃣ If you choose to use the Bsport website, search for our studio on the homepage and add it to your favorites:
Urban Shape – Geneva Pole Dance Studio.
4️⃣ To register, simply select our studio, open the class calendar, and book the class of your choice directly online.

3. Packages & Payment Information
We offer several types of training packages so you can choose the option that fits you best:

Class Cards (3, 5, 10, 20, or 50 classes) — valid for 1 year

Unlimited Pass — valid for 1 year

Privilege Pass — includes 120 classes + 50% off class cards, valid for 1 year

Annual Subscription — available with monthly payments for Unlimited or Privilege memberships
Payments are made directly through the app.
Payments at the studio are only possible in cash or via TWINT.
⚠️ Cancellations:
Any absence or non-cancellation within 24 hours of the class will :

Deduct one class from your class card, or
-
Be charged CHF 15.00 per day for Unlimited memberships
If you don’t currently have class credits (or have run out), please contact us to reserve your spot — as places are limited — and you’ll be able to pay when you arrive for your class.

4. Choose your classes
With your class credits, you can access any class on our schedule and use your credits however you wish — as long as they remain within their validity period.
Please note: workshops and special events are not included in class credits.
For Pole Dance classes, make sure to register for the level that matches your experience.
If it’s your first pole dance class, please book one of the following:
- Pole Dance Initiation (1) or
- Pole Dance Débutant (1–2)
Our schedule is updated regularly, and in the event of a class cancellation, you’ll receive an email notification at least 4 hours in advance, as well as see the update directly in the schedule (you won't see the class anymore).
All other disciplines — such as Aerial Hoop, Stretching, Dance, and Conditioning — are open to all levels.

Most of our posts are in French, but our team speaks English — so don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions or ideas. We’re always open and happy to help!
